Long, wide scarf which is light and easy to wear.

I have significant back injuries especially with my neck. Most days I cannot wear even very light necklaces due to the pain they cause. However, yes, I can wear these scarves and get the extra warmth as well as hide the scars from surgeries. Worth it - and can be switched around in a mix-match manner.
