The product is amazing. However, the customer service is disorganized, inconsistent, and took way longer than what is reasonable. I kept receiving AI messages and my issue was never solved. I ran out of hair product before the new product shipped even when I was told multiple times it had shipped not a great experience.

Love the shampoo and conditioner, leaves my hair feeling healthy and soft. Great for curly grey hair.

New favorite shampoo

This shampoo might be my new favorite. It smells amazing and it deeply cleans my scalp - but doesn’t leave my hair brittle and dry.
