Bovine Collagen Peptides

I started using this about a year ago as I haven't been able to grow my finger nails with out them splitting and breaking since I was a teenager and was advised to take collagen and it's made a huge difference. Best they've been. Just remember it takes about 6 months for your nails to grow out to see the difference. I take a teaspoon 2 times a day in my coffee. You can't taste it.
