Arrived broken
Tried out the pump the day it was received and there was a notable issue with the unit. It appears there are some loose or broken parts inside that cause it to make a horrific noise while operating. I submitted a claim about 3 weeks ago but have not received a response.

Not good
Used it one time and it broke. I connected it to my car and then it wouldn't turn on the second time I try to use it.

A must have
The air down tool is a must have for the air mattress in your skycamp RTT. It allows you to inflate the mattress to your comfort level in just minutes but more importantly greatly reduces the air down time to pack your mattress back in the carrying bags. I don’t know how you would pack the mattress back into the carrying bags without it.
