Size wise, stick with your usual waist size. I’m a 32in waist typically but the size guide suggested 34, I guess based on my height and weight… They are true to size so don’t bother jumping up a size. Great shorts in the FL heat, labor well and lifting is comfortable too. These are great shorts with no shortage of pockets.

Love everything about barbell apparel. I've been a customer now for at least 10-15 years. Ive never sent back or returned anything.

No Complaints

I’ve tried hiking shorts, golf shorts, dress shorts, and none of them are as comfortable or well fitted to an athletic build. Add to that they look nice as casual or slightly elevated wear and they are now some of my favorite most worn shorts in the the whole drawer.
