I had ordered the Orbit earrings but somehow managed to exclude to apartment number for delivery. When i reached out to the Oomiay customer service through email I wasn't really expecting to hear from anyone. To my surprise I received a response the following morning and my issue was very quickly resolved. I received my earrings in a timely manner and I LOVE them! I have received so many compliments on them. Thank you for outstanding customer service Oomiay!
