Absolutely wonderful customer service. We had one little issue on a set o bought for my husband for Father's Day and they already had it fixed in a few hours... ON FATHER'S DAY!

Overall a great purchase that id make again. Biggest issue is washing it, not able to put it fully in with double sink. Wishing I had a farm house one. I love that i can trim and then marinate the meat in one container.

Rib day just got a lot less messy.

Tubs are great, could prep the ribs on the built in cutting board, then pull up the sides and season them. Pop on the lid and put the in the frig over night. Nothing to clean up but one tub.
