Dr. Squatch used a random third party delivery service to deliver the 12 bars of soap I ordered. The driver pulled up to my house in an unmarked Honda, and almost every single bar arrived broken into pieces. I ended up having to buy a soap saver bag on Amazon just so I could use all the broken pieces. I reached out to Dr. Squatch, and to their credit, they replaced the order. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened with the replacement. I won’t be ordering from them again. If I’m paying over $60 for 12 bars of SOAP, I expect them to arrive intact and be usable right out of the box. This is a premium product, and to keep repeat customers in this economy id expect them to use a legit shipping service

I love the coarse little granules in the soap. It feels like I'm really removing the dirt and exfoliating (I asked my chick what that word was). The unique smells are enjoyable because they don't smell like soap. If that makes sense. I've only tried two of the six I've ordered but I'm extremely happy and looking forward to using the other bars of soap.
