Grey CTS Rubber Strap

Have to wait and see

I was so excited to get the rubber strap and micro-adjust clasp. Unfortunately, the clasp is somewhat broken in the sense that on one side, the microadjusment would not hold. The top part is just sliding instead of staying in place. This means I could only use it on the longest side (defeats the purpose of the micro adjustment). I contacted customer care and they asked for video proof which I sent. Unfortunately, one rep could not open the video but another one could so all is good. They told me that the clasp is backordered but they still ordered it for me for free. So now I just have to wait longer to use it. This is the only reason why I put 3 for now.

Perfect strap for comfort

I feel very comfortable wearing this strap , easy to use and very durable, definitely worth the purchase
