I would suggest if you're carrying appendix to size up I went with a 38 because I'm a size 38 but there was barely any room to Snug the belt down over my holster I reached out to to them and they immediately sent me a replacement these guys rock and so do their products definitely recommend 5 out of five

Good belt overall. Fits as advertised, does belt things, and is, despite the simple mechanism, surprisingly tough to remove. One thing i personally would prefer is for it to not be so rough on the edges.

So I have been using Tenicor Zero belt for while,
I have it both multicam black and coyote,
It is great belt but I felt I needed stiffer belt for full size 2011 with big light and extra mag sometimes on duty putting more things on my belt,
For my needs the Heavy belt does this great.
Definitely recommend this belt and Tenicor product like Velo lux and abdo mag carrier that I'm using
