VSL#3® Capsules

On the fence.

On the fence how well they work. I was just taking them for chronic constipation and still having a little trouble. Sometimes maybe it works? It’s hard to tell. The weird thing is that the pill is very light so when I try to swallow it with water it doesn’t go down well. It just floats around in my mouth. I think the capsule needs some weight to it. I’m not sure if I will continue because for the price I’m not seeing major results yet.

Can’t live without it but….

I love VSL#3 and have been using for years. My only complaint is there isn’t any frequent buyers club or something similar.
