Super cute but BIGGER than expected!!!

Not great return policy so be careful what you order. Cute sweatshirt but way bigger than expected. I measured but the sizing chart throws you off as it doesn't use your actual measurements. I normally would wear an XL and have a little room. Ordered an XL and I am swimming in it. I'd like to exchange it but it isn't in their policy guidelines.
