My Favorite Strength Training Shorts

These shorts, for me, are perfect for strength training and are my favorite shorts for leg day and yoga. I bought several different brands, all with liners, to see which I liked best and these came out on top. The thick waste band doesn't roll, the compression liner keeps everything in place, and they are the perfect length to not get in the way and to show off your legs in a tasteful way. There's something about the cut of the shorts - they just look really good on you - they are flattering in a way that other shorts are not. I bought a pair for every day of the week. I highly recommend.
