Maggie Swing Dress

Package was haphazzerdly taped closed. I opened the pagage to find gapping holes in the dress both front & back. It was said to arrive on Tuesday, and was rerouted to Saturday. I am very disappointed. I wanted to wear the dress to my birthdatly part tonight, but it is distroyed. I didn't know what happened during shipping. It looks like vandalism.

My new Favorite Dress

I have the Willow (long sleeves) and the Camellia (tank dress) and now the Maggie (short sleeves). Love them all - depending upon the weather. Love the pockets as well. Though I am short, I always purchase the long version... because no matter how young I feel, my knees are still 70!

If I had only 1 piece of clothing…

This was my very first purchase from Wool&. That was in 2023. I’m still wearing my black Maggie all the time. In fact in doing a 100 day challenge with her right now. It still looks perfect. I carry most of my weight in my lower half and I’m self conscious on the tummy area. This is THE most flattering cut for my pear shape. With so many other brands, if I get something to fit my shoulders it’s too tight across the hips. If I size up to fit my hips it’s hanging off my shoulders and looks like a sloppy mess but not with this dress! The fabric is so soft. I wear it year round. In the summer it’s light and breezy and in the winter I add a cardigan or long sleeve top and tights or leggings. I have worn this with a designer silk scarf and my pearls to upscale restaurants and worn it to concerts with sneakers. It’s really that versatile! Layering this fabric is so comfortable because it’s thin and soft enough. I usually wear a 20-22 pants and an 18 top. I’m 5’9” so I get the XXL LONG and it’s perfection. I just told my husband, if could only have ONE item of clothing in my closet, this would be it. I now have 6 Maggie’s.
