Large Mosaic Egg Base

The eggs travelled safely, and will go nicely with our new Christmas trays., which are absolutely beautiful. After teaching a range of crafts over the years, I find mosaic work easier to manage than many large format or heavier projects. ( Once upon a time I even made street parade floats) However strength and mobility vary, and my friend a skilled painter- loves learning mosaic work! She has re-mosaiced a damaged outdoor table for a summer casual space, which looks stunning, while I am still thinking about that concrete bird bath! A decade or so ago I was involved in mosaic work on the "Lake Boga Story Wall" which stands on the lawns of Lake Boga and tells the district's history. That was a massive project, under the guidance of skilled experts and local volunteers. My enthusiasm for mosaic art has not waned! ( And where do I but from? -Because they deliver as ordered, within a good time frame, and with buyer incentives!))
