So Yummy!!!

The coconut strudel was outstanding!!! I told myself that each time I baked one, that I would eat only 1/2. Nope. Couldn't do it! I HAD to eat the entire thing. The pastry was so flaky and crisp, and the coconut filling was so delicious - not overly sweet! I can't wait to bake my next strudel!!!
