After unpacking the mattress, visually and physically the bed was very appealing, inviting, exuding of quality and craftsmanship. I was pretty hesitant for the first few nights, anticipating some lumbar or shoulder pain from acclimating to a new mattress. However, on the very first night, I immediately noticed how sleepy it made me within a few minutes of laying down. Since then, I look forward to bedtime because the mattress functions so reliably. My body was able to meld to the bed within a couple of days, and my sleeping health has improved dramatically. I don't wake up throughout the night, or have any new muscle aches or pains. I'm able to get off the bed with ease because I feel like I'm laying on top of the mattress rather than sinking into it. This is easily one of the best investments I've made and do not regret this purchase whatsoever, thanks Brooklyn Bedding!

This mattress is much firmer than I expected. I had to change my pillow since I am side sleeper and didn't sink in as far as usual. Had a kink in my neck for a week. Once I changed pillows seem to sleep better. Still getting used to the firmness, but hoping I will adjust over time. Biggest reason I went with the mattress is I wanted something that will last and won't get "valleys" after time. Still too soon to measure that.

The mattress is everything they said it was. It’s comfortable, well constructed, made in the USA, and looks like it will outlast me. One caveat. If you were sensitive to VOCs, then don’t get the glacier Tech coating.
