Bought this for my grandson born in March/2024. Had his name and year put on it. It arrived with the top broken. Called customer service and they were fabulous. I took a photo of the broken top and sent it. Another ornament arrived within the week, good as new. This ornament won't disappoint..it is beautiful!!
