Customer service is awful! 2 out of 3 bottles were damged and leaked through the packaging. Contacted customer support immediately and provided pictures and description of the issue. Received an email back asking what bottles leaked so I provided the information to them for a second time. Sent a follow-up email and still have not received a response nor the replacement bottles they indicated they would send. This will be my last purchase from ALT which is unfortunate because I really like their scents.
