This particular gift, with the quality we have come to value from V et F, generates a smile and joy when it is received. We had a delivery problem this year in that the two gifts were not going to make it for Christmas. I brought this to the attention of the V et F team and the delivery was resolved immediately and gifts received on December 24th!
