Don’t choose - get one of each
I love a wooden cooking tool so was going to be some level of happy with whatever showed up -but these are seriously awesome. Very much exceeded my non-existent expectations! Extremely sturdy feeling, great shape/feel - I got one of each size and I just know they’ll become my go-tos.

I love my new spurtle! It is a great design and fits my mixing purposes. In the future, I will purchase the smaller size for smaller mixing jobs!
