Broken Trust: Received Used Product Instead of New

Despite ordering a brand-new product, I received a used one with a torn box. When I opened the box, some of the keys on the keyboard had come off. I don't think this was a simple mistake. I will not be shopping with you again.

Stock, this keyboard is already really good, especially for the price. With some better key caps and the switches of your choice? This keyboard is a DREAM! I would say the weakest part of the keyboard are the key caps. I don't hate them, but they are thin.
