Sitting Box Lite

Light weight and easy to maneuver

I love how light weight this box is -- it is so much easier to use than the heavy bulky boxes. The edges are rounded, box is sturdy, and it fits perfectly over the shoulder rests in long and short box position. If you are deciding which box to select, I would recommend this one for the price and ease of use!

I already own an Allegro reformer and a standard sitting box which I keep with it. But I also like to do some floor work between reformer sessions for variety and the Sitting Box Lite allows me to do so much more than what I could do on a mat alone. Since I have some low back issues, the Sitting Box Lite is perfect because it is so easy to lift and maneuver into position. And for storage purposes, I just stand it upright in the corner out of the way. As I get older I've come to learn that exercise is essential and no longer optional as it was in my youth. And the Sitting Box Lite is a very convenient and versatile tool to help with this.

Box is light and perfect - gets the job done.

I had my doubts, since I had only used a traditional box, but I love how this has so many unique settings to go over the shoulder blocks.
