Fun addition to home work outs
The ropeless Crossropes are a nice addition for variety. I started at the lightest and now alternate the 1/2 and 1 pound ropes. I have been using them while on the rebounder, or just marching in place on the floor, and while I am not sure of the actual benefits they are fun to use.

I love my Crossrope
I am using the crossrope every day twice a day while I do my rebound exercises it’s only been a week and my wrist feels so much better. I will be purchasing heavier ones as I get better with the one I have.

Fun, fast workout
I love my ropeless Crossropes. I started with get lean set and added the 1 pound weights. I love the intensity of workout I can get quickly and in the comfort of my home [or camping]. There is no heavy equipment to get out or furniture to move. Fun and fast workout!
