We don’t like using melatonin for our kids unless absolutely necessary for a day that they have had extra stimulation and we know their bodies are ready for bed and sleep but because their minds are overstimulated and most likely racing, we take out this melatonin and they are usually put within 1-3 minutes and sleep peacefully all night. Finally some sleep

I took these when I was pregnant because I couldn't take any other sleep aid and I needed some sleep. I'm still using it to get some sleep. I don't wake up groggy and it tastes good!
