Good, not perfect. Works well enough but newer version fixed all the suggestions I'd make. This model is cheaper but the post is too short to be supported with both nighthawk adjustments (still really sturdy though) and the need for an Allen wrench to adjust roller lengths is a hassle if you need to do that from decline work to nordics. If you're only doing 30/45* decline work the lack of handle is probably not an issue but it's great they put one in newer model. Could be worth the "discount" depending on how you'll be using it.

I use the rollers for declined situps. Easy to install. Easy to adjust.
