Great Bands! (especially after a day or two)
A complete newbie to bands, I got the set so I could experiment with different resistances. Once they showed up, I had two initial impressions: 1. These were super smooth and seemed well made and 2. These puppies stink!
After a day or two hanging from my Altitude, the smell had completely gone, and I was able to mess around with them. I have been watching reels on stretches, exercises, and PT movements you can do with them and I have been able to work joints and muscles and get popping to go away in shoulders and elbows! The Altitude's pull up bar has been super handy for anchoring bands for tricep and back movements, and looping a band to uprights have been key for movements for my shoulders. I used to not think about bands AT ALL, and now that I have them I think they are amazing - and your creativity with them can reward you with lots of cool exercises. Thumbs up!

Good addition to the leg curl/extension unit
Using free weights and the bands make this unit stand out for leg curls and leg extensions.
