These balls have a nice grippy feel to them and feel like they are very well constructed. They should last a very long time.

Great medicine ball. Great texture for gripping even after sweat gets on hands/ball.

10# med ball

Excellent craftsmanship, weight is well distributed, and the exterior surface is textured which allows for a better grip. I thought the long stitching would be an issue and it is not, plus it's distinctive. I'm in fair shape, 5'8", 150# and the 10# med ball is an excellent starting weight.
