Mini-Mat

Not just for young children

This is a well-made perfect mat for me. Flipping around my little mini-mat at physical therapy and strength training is much easier than using the huge mats that both places have. I am usually only protecting my knees so the length and width are not that important. It is a thinner mat so if you need lots of cushioning, this is the wrong product for you.
