Clean Line Liquid Liner

Perfect

It stays put and doesn’t budge even in the hot summer time weather. It’s expensive for the time it lasts but it’s the only liquid clean liner that works brilliantly and doesn’t transfer to the upper lid at all. I love this and have bought many but as I said it’s expensive for the amount you get.

The wand has great structure, I just wish this came in a dip brush. After a while the pen has to be kept upside down in order to get a dark enough pigement to come through the tip.

Smooth

This liner goes on very smooth and stay in place. Very easy to apply.
