Delivery issues

When I originally ordered Winter Tree for a friend who was going to be alone at Christmas, I sent it to his street address. I also sent a package via mail. The package was returned because he lives in a small town without mail carriers, so everyone has to have a P. O. Box. I resent it there. Simultaneously, I received a notice from Freshcut that my Winter Tree was being returned for the same reason. I responded to your email and asked if we might resend to the P. O. Box. No problem, you said. If only. I the received several conflicting emails over the next week - it was out for delivery, it was being returned, it had been delivered, it was out for delivery, it was being returned, if would be there in five days (after Christmas). Though I talked with Daniella who assured me I would not be charged for whatever, and how many cards were being ordered, your automated emails are very confusing. The last email said it had been delivered. My friend has made no mention of it, so was it really? I really enjoy sending Freshcut Paper gifts, but may order them in advance now and have them sent to my house so I can mail them out as needed. Many thanks to Daniella and those who tried to help. Christmas cards

I chose to purchase these for my coworkers and friends. Everyone raved at the quality and asked where they were from. Thank you for an affordable quality product. I will repurchase again.

Personally perfect

Given to someone in memory care, who feeds birds, it was a hit. Though she needed help she did attempt the construction and was intrigued, and declared it will stay with her for the whole winter.
