Your customer service is terrible. You promote customer satisfaction all over your website including a Money-Back Guarantee and “We’re committed to making every experience feel comfortable and right — because you deserve nothing less.” Yet I can’t get your to agree to an exchange for a different size; I’m not even asking for money back, just the opportunity to exchange. I would buy more from you but I will never buy more if your service is like this.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

Since I have had no response from email(s) sent Solace Customer service I’m commenting here if their failure to fulfill this item which was missing in my order. I got my package on June 16, sent a message immediately to inform customer service I was missing this item and all I got was a bot response. I’m very disappointed that I have not received any follow up as to when this item will be fulfilled and sent to me. Has anybody else had this bad experience? Maybe this will get their attention with a bad review. It’s highly unlikely I will order from this business again due to their poor customer service and lack of response.

My husband loves his bands so far. They were very clear how to remove links. They pook very nice. Since it was all one order it did take a long time to receive. Ordered 05/29 didn’t receive until 06/15
