Malibu Platform Bed Frame

Avocado were truly next level in their customer support. We had an issue with the new bed, and when I called them up they answered immediately and made arrangments to not only replace the bed, but also send a team to install the bed at our home, and pick up the previous one. Despite there being an unexpected issue, they rectified it immediately. Not only is the product great, but the customer support is also next level. I’d definitely buy more products from Avocado, and plan on doing so in the future.

Too early to say if they are ok, Will decide when they have been used. However, being told AFTER purchasing that your policy is “only one item return” certainly will stop me from shopping at Avocado again.

I like the bed but had a disastrous delivery which you took no responsibility I would not recommend your product because of this.
