Fantastic product. It’s replacing my husband’s 12 year old Orvis backpack that travelled all over the world many times. He switched because he saw how much lighter and better organized this bag is; it utilizes space efficiently. He will use it for both business and recreation: especially for trips that last a few days. Customer service was impeccable too. Highly recommend

Not only did they respond swiftly to my inquiry, but they also promptly sending me a free replacement part to resolve the issue.
