Incompetence at every step

This is not a review of the shirt, because I haven't received it. I 14 shirts, I received an email stating those fourteen shirts had been shipped. Then I received an email stating that two of those shirts were not available, charcoal polos, and what would I like them to do about it. Replace with indigo, I replied. Sure, here's your new order for an indigo shirt. So I have to explain the difference between two charcoal shirts and one indigo shirt. Another indigo shirt is sent, and now everything is great. No, That original false shipping list with fourteen shirts was sent to the courier. The courier has twelve shirts and is waiting for two more before shipping, the other two were sent separately so they aren't coming. $350 of shirts is not going anwhere, and I have to contact them again and tell them how to do their jobs. I want my life back.
