Did not work
The tape was to flimsy and the adhesive did not stick to my skin. When I tried to attach the strings, the tape came off. Overall it was just too weak to do anything significant. I bought two and threw them both away.

Comfy....Controllable....No HEADACHES....
The bands are accurately strechy for the head/scalp....You choose how tight you need the band to be....So undeniably easy to use.....💞 these bands.....
