Really well-made. It's been a helpful physical reminder to pause and breathe mindfully during stressful moments. I swear it's helping me gain perspective on stuff and relax more. I appreciate the ceramic-and-string Active Shift option, because I'm extremely sensitive to nickel, so any stainless steel (even the "good" stuff that the Classic Shift is made of) is a no-go for me. Thanks for making such a great product and for being a force for good in the world!
