Awesome product, awesome service

I received this as a gift and the clicker developed issues after light use to the point it wouldn't work at all over the past year. I sent an email to James Brand and they sent me a warranty replacement quickly. The pen feels SO high quality and exceeds the expectations I had for the first pen. Excellent product backed by excellent service.

The body of the pens is awesome. Made well, feels great in the hand, writes amazing, etc. But, I dont know if i got a defective one but it won’t retract on every click. Sometimes it takes up to 4 clicks for the pen to retract. I’ve tried evrything i can think of to fix it but it feels like every fix makes it worse.
