So far im liking the mouse. Feels a little smaller than other mice I have used that are ergo, but it does it job regardless for keeping good hand posture.

Sometimes you don't realise how good a company is, until something goes wrong... Have been using an ErgoPoint for 24 mths now, along with a SurfacePoint, after developing wrist and arm pain - they both worked great, helping to resolve all pain Then, a problem developed with the ErgoPoint. I tried all the usual - reset, unplug, trial different mouse pads, different computers etc Eventually contacted SwiftPoint to see if I had missed an update or something. SwiftPoint came to the rescue - organised a replacement ErgoPoint and had it couriered out within a couple of days Great to see a company stand behind its products, for the benefit of its customers!
