Presque parfait !

Hello, merci pour la qualité de votre sac, honnêtement ça tient ses promesses pour le moment, même si la qualité se juge dans le temps pour ce type de produit. Par contre gros bémol : les bretelles sont hyper dures, pas du tout rembourrées, on a l'impression d'avoir du carton sur les épaules, encore plus l'été quand on a juste un tshirt. Dommage !

Great product plus extraordinary after sales service!

I bought the W. F. A Backpack (Slate Green) during the Black Friday. I've got it quite a great value. However, when it arrived, the stitching was broken out of the box. So I contacted customer service for a claim. They happened to reply very quickly and offer a whole replacement. The process was very simple. The replacement product delivered even faster than the original one. I've been using it for a week now and absolutely love it.
