The new design of the flow control is a great upgrade and seems solid. Great customer service also in getting me a replacement of our old one that failed.

I've had two HoseLink systems for about three years and have been very happy with them. This spring, when I took them out of storage and hooked them back up, one connector had a significant leak and the other had a slow leak. I called customer service and spoke with Libby. After I sent videos of both leaks, she explained that they had identified an issue with the ball mechanism in some of the connectors. The warranty process was simple, and within a week I received two replacement connectors. The connectors are easy to use, well made, and the shut-off lever operates smoothly. Most importantly, the customer service, especially Libby was excellent and stood behind the product.

this is great for turning off the water at the hose end instead of walking back to the faucet/spigot, saving many steps and time
