Product quality is great - no complaints in that regard. The wait time from intial placement of the order until fulfilment was epic and the unclear identification of pricing being in US$ destroyed my budget. I ordered this as a Christmas present, and it didn't arrive until February. Overall, an atrocious customer service experience.
