Never doing business with this company again. This was my second order with Zynnia and I never received my order; I understand usps shows it was delivered, however, it wasn't delivered to me! I got no help from their customer service and I'm at the point where I feel like they don't believe me that I haven't received my order. I spent my time from work dealing with usps, I also emailed Aashna Patel who works for Zynnia my investigative confirmation number with usps and I pretty much got too bad, you still have to pay for the order. Where is the compassion with customers telling you of a missing order! It's unbelievable and I will be reporting to the BBB.
