Glass lid option

So glad I got the glass lids. I like the option of being able to see things like rice or couscous cooking with the glass lids so as to not overcook. The regular lids are great for other items that you don’t have to keep an eye on but the glass lids are better for more “delicate” items.

Perfect Lid

The glass lid fits perfectly and is a great companion to the pan. Being able to monitor food without lifting the lid helps retain heat and moisture. It’s sturdy, well made, and cleans up easily. A simple but very useful addition.

Fantastic cookware

These have got to be the best cookware I have ever used. Everything I have cooked, cooks so evenly. The only thing I am sorry about is how long it took me to pull the trigger and purchase them. Now I need to get the larger skillet and lid. Don’t sleep on these. They are extremely good and worth every penny.
