Odd fit

I have a Norah Comfort Strapless Convertible Bra In black that I like and hoped the fit of this bra would be similar. Even though I ordered the same size, this one was way too small in the cup. I’m a 32E and it smooshed me so much, I almost looked flat chested. Maybe it was mislabeled.
