Hard to believe - but true. CSM (R) Turner
I choose to be on a high protein low-carb diet and look for foods that fit. I've ordered these buns twice already. Somewhat skeptical advertising 1 net carb. My body is so tuned I would know it if it wasn't true - it's 1 net carb. For the best results, toast the buns for 7 minutes which helps them hold together.

Love Hero buns! Low carb for healthy lifestyle! My husband who doesn’t like anything remotely healthy loves all hero buns, bagels, wraps!!! They’re the best!

Great buns
These are terrific, very convenient and taste great. I have started carrying one in my purse when I go out to eat so I can actually eat a normal meal in a restaurant. And of course I use them at home too for hamburgers and sandwiches.
