Gourmet 8" Bread Knife

I have been using Wuesthof knives for 30 yrs and they are the best!

Sharp sharp sharp

The serrated knife makes slicing italian bread a breeze. I havent used this knife alot since im not a steady bread eater but it is a nicely serrated sharp knife that can probably slice melons as well.

Beautiful knife

I love this Gourmet knife added to my collection. I purchased the lighter color (qu blue green) handle just so it would stand out from some of my other Wusthof knives. And wow is it sharp--it cuts right through fresh baked bread with just gentle pressure.
