Pretty easy warranty claim and good response from Wusthof. Sent a credit to me that covered the replacement knife I ordered. We've had the Classic knife set for probably 20+ years and this was my second warranty experience. The first one was just as easy. I appreciate good and timely customer service. Thank you, Wusthof.
