Lifetime Warranty
This was a warranty return due to a broken handle after several years of use. No problems whatsoever in making the exchange for a brand new replacement knife. Thanks for standing behind your quality products.

Lifetime Warranty
I’ve had a set of Wusthof knives for over 20 years and have been extremely satisfied. I recently noticed I had a large chip on the handle of the 8 inch Classic bread knife. I contacted customer service and they requested I mail it back so they could inspect and see if the damage qualified under the lifetime warranty. I was emailed back within a week and given a$150. Credit to purchase another knife. The new knife was sent to me within a couple of days. Excellent service and a quality product.

Still the best knife around
I have used Wusthof knives for 50 years. Like all the others that I have purchased this one is perfect .
