Defective glove - terrible customer service

During a round last week I pulled out a new glove. I know, it’s not the feather bit I don’t see the black one on the website. I also have a couple feather gloves. As I put it on it tore around the Velcro. I have emailed the company 3 times without a single reply. It’s easy for a company to say how great their products are but how do they handle problems? Apparently Red Rooster just ignores them.

These gloves can’t even last one round. This is the third or fourth time Ive had these gloves rip or tear in some way on the first wear. The range rooster is the only one that lasts.
