The Zero Sled

Great for knee rehabilitation!

I had a partial knee replacement 18 months ago and have had trouble regaining leg strength with conventional weight machines, barbells, and dumbells. Reverse pulls with the Zero Sled have helped me strengthen my legs in a much safer manner than placing a barbell on my back. My rehabilitation is progressing much faster than before.

Great product for the cost. Our backyard isn't that big, but allows our 9 year old son to get a great workout
